Service Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Services

AF DEVS SRL provides technical installation, repair, configuration, and maintenance services for technological systems. Our services are delivered at the client's location (on-site) and do not involve shipping of physical products, except for the equipment and materials necessary for the execution of the contracted work.

2. Service Tiers & Response Times

Response time depends on the service tier selected at the time of contracting. All prices are expressed in United States Dollars (USD) plus ITBIS (18%). The charge to your card will be processed in Dominican Pesos (DOP) at the prevailing exchange rate.

Standard Service

Response time: 24 to 48 hours

Ideal for scheduled maintenance requests or non-urgent configurations. A technician will be assigned and will contact the client within 24-48 hours following payment confirmation.

Priority Service

Response time: 4 to 8 hours

For situations requiring prompt attention. A technician will be assigned immediately and will arrive at the client's location within 4-8 hours.

Emergency Service

Response time: 1 to 2 hours

For critical emergencies requiring immediate intervention (security failures, network outages, inoperable systems). An emergency technician will be dispatched within 1-2 hours.

3. Service Delivery Process

Once payment is confirmed, the service delivery process is as follows:

  1. 1Confirmation: You will receive an email and/or WhatsApp confirming your request with the order number and service details.
  2. 2Assignment: A specialized technician will be assigned to your case within the time corresponding to your service tier.
  3. 3Contact: The technician will contact you to coordinate the visit and confirm the exact address.
  4. 4Execution: The technician will arrive at the agreed location, perform the diagnosis, and execute the work.
  5. 5Closure: Upon completion, you will receive a work report and a service completion receipt.

4. Coverage Area

Our services are available in the following areas of the Dominican Republic:

  • Punta Cana and Bávaro
  • Cap Cana
  • La Romana and Casa de Campo
  • Santo Domingo (limited availability)

For locations outside these areas, please contact us to confirm availability and possible additional travel costs.

5. Large-Scale Projects

For complete installation projects (home automation, security systems, network infrastructure), delivery times are established individually in the project proposal/quote. These projects include a detailed timeline that will be agreed upon by both parties before work begins.
